Return Policy

Vintage VTG Return Policy.

Our return policy is simple, if you buy an item and you are unhappy or if it doesn't fit, simply reach out to us at cs@vintagevtg.com and let us know you would like to return your purchase and we will start the the process. Action Figures and Toys are not refundable. No Returns for Action Figures and Toys

Return policy will require you to ship the product back to us within 15 days of receiving the item.  The purchased item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped.  Once we have the item we will inspect it and if approved we will refund the amount back to the credit card.  We want you to be happy with your purchase, an item can be returned for any reason.  We simply require that the item is returned in the exact condition it was sent.  You will have to process and pay the shipping cost to ship the item back.  Please email us the shipping tracking number.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  This approval process is basically ensuring the item is in the same condition it was sent to you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@vintagevtg.com.

Exchanges
Once we verify and approve the returned item you do have the option to make an exchange for an item of equal value or less if desired.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
